I had already read a whole of
Ahmad Apriyanto’s writes. The writes are Apri’s Mathematics Autobiography,
Welcome Letter, How to Graph Quadratic Function, Poster Group, Workheet,
Annecdotal Records, and SEP Reflection. According to me, from all of them,
there are three Ahmad’s writes that still to be revision such as Mathematics Autobiography,
Annecdotal Records, and SEP Reflection. The reasons are because there are some
sentences that still no coherent, the conjuction was not appropriate, and
didn’t careful in writing the word. However, he just did a litle bit mistake in
writing.
Actually there are two points
that I will reflect about Ahmad’s writes such as content and way of writing. If
I look of content, I really like “Apri’s Mathematics Autobiography” and
“Reflection of SEP” because they were interesting and meaningful. There are
some values that I can learn from them. When ahmad decided to be a teacher
whereas he also had dream to be scientist (pure maths). I think it was a
difficult choice but ahmad able to did it. In the other hand, although he
decided to be a teacher, he still also try to join mathematics social
networking to discuss about pure math. I proud of him because he still big
effort to learn beyond about maths. Additionally, I also like the statement of
“You are in your own way and I am in my own way”. These sentence almost same in
“Surat Al-Kafirun” and “The Raid Movie”. It made me realize that everyone has
each own way of life. I also learn from the obstacles that Ahmad faced during
SEP. He still keep on spirit & never gave up although so many obstacles that
he faced. And then he always learn from what happened to him.
In the other hand, if I look of
ahmad’s way of writing. As a whole, he did good effort in writing because only
there are some mistake. About grammar, he had already able to write in correct
grammar. However, he still didn’t careful in writing a word. For example,
actually he want write “quite active”, but he wrote “quiet active”. Although he
did a litle bit mistake but it make a different meaning. So, write carefully is
very important. Additionally, he still used conjuction that was not appropriate
and there are some sentences that no coherent. However, as a whole, he has
shown progress in writing. Through ahmad’s written I also can learn so many
things about grammar and content.
